A graduate of Virginia Tech with a degree in Multimedia Journalism and a master’s degree in education, he led content production alongside ESPN’s ACC Network before launching the U.S. Travel Association’s first in-house video department.

Along the way, he helped brands including Disney Parks, Delta Air Lines, and Carnival Cruise Lines navigate crises and massive disruptions through strategic video content that earned national media coverage and moved their businesses forward.

Today, Nolan speaks to organizations navigating leadership challenges, workplace change, and team culture in a rapidly evolving world. His work has been featured in Skift Meetings, MPI, Smart Meetings, and Meetings Today.
