Growing up, Nolan dreamed big. While he never became the star athlete on the basketball court, a high school coach recognized something else: his talent for video.
Filming and editing high school games led him to a full scholarship within Virginia Tech Athletics, and eventually, to leading content production teams in partnership with ESPN’s ACC Network.
Later, he helped launch the first in-house video department in the U.S. Travel Association, partnering with globally recognized brands including Disney Parks, Delta Air Lines, and Carnival Cruise Lines.
Nolan helped hundreds of leaders and companies tell their stories, but when the world changed during the pandemic, organizations began inviting Nolan to share about resilience, leadership, and navigating uncertainty. What started as a side opportunity quickly became a calling.
Today, Nolan travels coast to coast helping organizations strengthen leadership, elevate connection, and thrive through disruption using the same stories that shaped the way he lives and works every day.

After seeing The Greatest Showman in 2018, Nolan was inspired to ask himself that question. The song “A Million Dreams” from the film echoed in his soul and became a personal mantra for the mission he hoped to lead: to help more people create more moments that matter at work and in their life. Through speaking, storytelling, leadership, experiences, and philanthropy, Nolan’s company A Million Dreams helps people imagine a better future and take meaningful steps toward building it, together.
